I took this picture during my first inspection today.

I'm always amused by what some seller will and won't do when trying to sell their home. Sometimes it just seems to me like they prefer to ignore some of the most obvious things that are going to come up during the course of the inspection. This one really caught my attention.

This wooded and rustic community offers homeowners use of 190 Acre Lake Towamensing, a private pool, beach, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, Ball Field and Playground. Country Junction a landmark family owned retail store in Lehighton was destroyed by fire on October 3, 2006 . It employed around 200 people and it was 170,000 square-foot building on three acres.

They have begun rebuiding after almost 3 years. Ground breaking took place this past July 3rd.

The new building is going to be 50,000 square-foot.

Holiday Pocono is a small gated lake community off Rte 534 in Albrightsville, PA. Surrounded by PA Gamelands and close to Big Boulder ski slopes, this community boasts 2 lakes (Main one about 24 Acres), Clubhouse, Beach etc....
