Improving Energy Efficiency Could Raise Value

With the price of energy these days, we need to do everything we can to be more efficient to help our pockets and the environment. I have some suggestions that may help with your winter energy bill.

Replace the furnace filter monthly
Install a programmable thermostat
Lower the thermostat
Upgrade your heating system to a new energy efficient unit
Insulate the attic
Have the heating system serviced
Caulk and weather strip around doors and windows

I hope that these small tips can help this winter. It's great to be able to use the low energy bill as a selling point

I just received a circular in the mail today and am excited that a Trader Joe opened in North Wales on November 14th.

It is located at 1460 Bethlehem Pike,

Tel 215-646-5870

The store hours are 9 am to 9 pm daily.

They have advertised mouth watering items that we will need for Thanks Giving - Fresh young all Natural turkey, fresh baked pumpkin pies, and fresh cranberry sauce to name a few .

The prices are reasonable and they have everything I will need for Thanks Giving. If you live in Central Bucks or Montgomery county, it is worth the trip. I had been to one in another State when I was on vacation and though I recently found out there is a Trader Joe in our area it is much further away and I would not drive such a long distance for groceries. The one in North Wales is close enough.
