My friend lamented that he did not have 1 program he could offer to a client who fell outside the current Fannie Mae loan limits. Despite the continued tightness of the secondary markets, we can still offer financing over and above the Fannie Mae loan limit in Pennsylvania. As a Pittsburgh native, I know there are many beautiful properties in the Five County area of Philadelphia, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Bucks Counties.
