"Well done is better than well said." Benjamin Franklin Ben Franklin is well known for his kite flying. Whether it was by the lightning striking his kite, or by his later inventions, he is credited with many contributions to electricity and the use of energy. Wouldn't it be something if we could harness that power and get it into our homes to run our lights, TV's and other appliances? I'm not an engineer, but I know that in nature, and in business too, there is a lot of wasted energy. At RE/MAX we focus our energy in order to deliver Premier Customer Satisfaction. My focus is on getting the right marketing in place, handling problems with appraisals, credit, and processing, and in generally managing the 'noise' that is created when we try to orchestrate a smooth transaction. You can count on me to save your energy, and to get the job done whenever it's time to buy or sell real estate. Please visit my website at www.HomeSold123.com or call if you need me. "Money talks...but all mine ever says is goodbye!" Anonymous Money is one way of keeping score, isn't it! But the longer I'm in real estate, the more I value the joy and satisfactions of my customers. In fact, one of my greatest rewards is to look back on my many experiences as a RE/MAX sales associate. I love to re-live the enthusiasm of buyers and sellers when we find the right match! One key to helping people discover their good fortune is to know who is thinking of selling and who is thinking about buying, as early as possible. That way I have more time to look for the 'one in a million' home. If you want to search for a home, or direct a friend to search, or to view recent home sales, please visit my website at www.HomeSold123.com. If you know of someone who's thinking of making a move, please give me a call. I pledge to work hard to deliver Premier Customer Satisfaction! D J Winter RE/MAX REALTY SELECT (717) 441-2794

"So we just passed a health care plan written by a committee whose chairman says he didn't understand it, passed by a Congress that exempts themselves from it, signed by a president who smokes, with funding administered by a treasury chief who didn't pay his taxes, all to be overseen by a surgeon general who is obese,.........and financed by a country that's broke? What could go wrong?"

D J Winter "If you can count your money, you don't have a billion dollars." J. Paul Getty The longer I'm in the business of real estate, the more I find that sellers and buyers of real estate are looking for accuracy and attention to detail. That's a part of our RE/MAX Premier Customer Service. When it comes to measuring for carpet, drapes or wallpaper, I've learned to trust the professionals. They know the old rule about measuring twice and cutting once. However, if you are in a bind and need to measure something like a picture frame, piece of furniture or an object of art, you can relax. You always have a ruler handy, if you have a dollar bill. Remember that a dollar bill is 6¼ inches long. That's about a half a foot, right? If you fold it in half, it's 3 inches the wide way, or 1¼ inches the narrow way. This works great for items that are a couple of feet across. Please don't try measuring your house with a dollar! In fact, if you want to get a measurement of your home's value, you can look at recent home sales, real estate news, or an online market analysis by visiting my web site at www.HomeSold123.com. I'll work to earn your trust, and save you time while you continue to work at what you do best. I'll do all the work to determine the sizes, features and the market value of the home you're in. Or, I'll help locate the home you want to be in. Or both! Just call me when you need me. D J Winter RE/MAX REALTY SELECT
