I wanted to take the opportunity to share with you some market stats for the Horsham PA township. These numbers consist of the February activity so far, and they give a idea of what is available within the township.
There have been 25 new home listing placed on the market this month with a average sales price of $370,380.
7 homes have entered status pending, which means that they are under some sort of contract.
6 units have sold with a total volume of $1,519,500 and a average sales price of $253,250.
The Horsham home inventory currently stands at 105 homes with a average days on the market at 105 days.
