My Home for Sale in Lancaster, PA settled today. 612 W Walnut sold for $159,900. Elizabeth will be settling into her new home and is getting a wonderful home.

This settlement was not without event. The hurricane which caused flooding in Lancaster came through not long ago. The required the appraiser to reinspect the property. She found a small puddle of water in front of the toilet located in the basement. The lender required I offer some proof that the toilet was not leaking. The lender was easy to work with, but I explained this toilet was in the basement and a floor drain was only a few feet from a floor drain. I included several pictures and this seemed to satisfy the underwriter. Settlement on this home for sale in Lancaster went well and I am glad.
