Here is the Lancaster City PA market review for last week, ending June 27. The current inventory activity of Lancaster City PA homes for sale according to MLS:

  • Sold: 11 properties sold for an average price of $95,305, these homes were on the market an average of 66 days.

  • Pending: 12 houses went under agreement last week.

This week is Lancaster Catholic High School's 28th annual Carnival. Monday through Saturday 6-11 pm. Adults are $3 admission and kids 6 and under are free. The carnival is at the schools athletic fields.
