In addition: Our relocating partners will arrange the entire move whether that's regarding making arrangements with recommended experienced movers or by contacting their own.  During preparation of your move, they will also do all the packing & unpacking for those that require special handling and protection. Any items that are designated for storage or shipment to friends , charities, auctioneers or relatives will be carefully identified and brokered by them. When unpacking, all kitchen items, accessories and personal items will be in their proper place. This includes the making of your bed if necessary.  This service is especially enjoyed by our Senior clients looking to move to an Active Adult Community.

School Lane Hills features incredible architecture by some of the most famous builders in Pennsylvania. It is located close to Lancaster along Marietta Avenue in and around Presidents street and furthermore conveniently within reach of the AMTRAK train station.

School Lane Hills continues to be a sought after suburban neighborhood due to it's lack of traffic through it's streets all of this despite it's proximity to urban areas. This can be attributed to it's natural buffer; Conestoga Creek. It is also in part due to the athletic fields of Marshall and Franklin College. Thanks to these buffer zones, pedestrians can walk at will around these local streets without incident.

This area has homes ranging from 500k to over 2 million.  It is truly one of the most historic areas of the United States with most homes dating back to the early 1900's. Most homes have large palacial lawns on massive acreage lots that stand out when compared to nearby residential areas.
