Lancaster, PA

This week is Lancaster Catholic High School's 28th annual Carnival. Monday through Saturday 6-11 pm. Adults are $3 admission and kids 6 and under are free. The carnival is at the schools athletic fields.

Last year more than 30,000 people attended the event, which organizers hope will raise $150,000 for the Lancaster Catholic High School Athletic Department.

• Sold: 43 properties sold for an average price of $117,192, these homes were on the market an average of 62 days.
• New: 88 houses were listed last month.
• Pending: 50 houses went under agreement last month.
• Expired and Extended: 32 listings expired last week and 19 listings extended their contracts with their listing agent.
• Active: 268 homes are active with an average days on market of 102.
