I was on floor time today and listened in to a phone seminar where the guest speaker was a previous NAR economist. He really made me think! He predicted that one year from today that interest rates will be 2% higher than now. He said a lot of things that made me feel concerned, he said that we should talk to sellers about NOT listing their homes for sale unless it is absolutely necessary as the market is saturated. I am actually in a situation where I have people wanting to buy but there is nothing out there for them. I am concerned about the lack of activity on my MLS hot sheet every morning. He also talked about the future and that online blogging etc will be the way of the future, no more mailings????
