The neighborhood offers many ammenities including a pool, clubhouse, basketball courts, a baseball field, tennis courts and a preschool (though not part of the association fee).

Homes for Sale in Newtown PA - Newtown Grant

Accessed by both 413 and Eagle Roads, and just 3 miles North of Newtown Borough, Newtown Grant is one of Newtown's larger subdivisions. Not only is it one of the larger communities in the area, it offers the widest range in price points, due to the fact that the community is comprised of several different types of homes; condos, townhomes, and single family homes, this extensive community in Newtown offers some great amenities!

There are wide walking trails throughout the neighborhood, and a large Recreation Center for the residents. The Recreation Center offers a large playground, baseball fields, tennis courts, and basketball courts. It's one of the larger community centers, obviously...Newtown Grant is one of the largest developments. While never "mobbed" you can usually find neighbors at the playground, and it's great to watch the adult softball teams battle it out, or the kids meet their friends at the playground.

There is also a busy community pool.

For those moving into the neighborhood with children, Chesterbrook Academy is conveniently located within the development. Located within Council Rock School District, children in the neighborhood attend Newtown Elementary, Newtown Middle, and Council Rock North High School.

Approximately 1500 homes make up Newtown Grant. In the past 12 months, condos in have sold between $166,000 - $230,000. Townhomes have sold between $240,000 - $370,000. Single family homes have sold between $415,000 and $510,000. There is such a large discrepancy in pricing due to the very large number of home models available in Newtown Grant.
