Raintree is a community connected to Windermere in Newtown Township just outside of Newtown Borough on your way out of town heading towards Yardley and I95. The neighborhood was built in the early 1980's by Gigliotti off of Lower Dolington Rd. and includes 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath townhomes with approximately 1150 sq. ft. all the way up to 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhomes with approximately 1700 sq. ft. Some homes offer garages and/ or basements. The Raintree association fee is approximately $123 per month and includes Common Area Maintenance, Snow Removal, Trash Removal, Tennis Court, Play Ground, & Swim Fee.
