Palmyra, Pa premier community Arbor Greene's last phase is being developed. The bridge is going in today that connects existing phases to the LAST and FINAL phase. The community continues to flourish with growth as 4 NEW homes were SOLD in Month of June along! In the final phase seems to have great anticipation and will have some large home sites along with some with walk out basements. It has been exciting for me to watch the community grow over the last 5 ½ yrs.

Construction is well underway! It appears that things are really taking shape on the New Palmyra school. As you can see in the picture parts of the school is already being built even as they continue to prepare the land for parking lot and fields. The New school is adjecent to the ever popular communities of Arbor Greene and Wheatstone. I believe that having this New school in place will help add value even more so to the homes that are close to the school. I am sure the neighbors will be glad that the noise is done once school is completed. I don't think the Palmyra schools could have chosen a better place for the new school.

The Centrally Located community of Arbor Greene continues to grow. In 2009 Berks Homes SOLD in the community Arbor Greene community 30 homes with Josh Shope as their sales agent. This community continued growth makes it one of the fastest growing communities in Central, Pa. Most of the construction currently is going on in the 4^th phase which has larger home sites with walk-out basements.

As you can see from the pictures below the developer has become the development of the 5^th and final phase of the community. The 5^th and FINAL phase should be ready for sale by August 1^st with weather permitting. In the final phase there are about 2 dozen home sites that will be available with several offering walkout basements. When the community is completed Berks Homes will have built homes in the community for over 200 families. The location of the community being between 322 & 422 makes it a convenient drive to Hershey, Lebanon, Lancaster, Harrisburg, and Camphill.
