Meet the newest neighbor in Northern Liberties, Tanya Parker. Tanya Parker moved to Philadelphia just to open this cool juice bar. Of all the neighborhoods she had to choose from she decided Northern Liberties was the best spot for her new business. Thank you Tanya! We welcome her and her yummy organic concoctions to Liberties Walk, in the former Candy Shop. Having tried another local business's juices (Lithe Foods), I have found myself really enjoying the natural flavors and health giving properties in fresh juices, smoothies, and tea infused drinks. Free Wifi too!

On the menu you will find made-to-order juices with snappy names such as "Beet Me Up", "Green Day Live", "Eye Eye Captain", "Light My Fire", "Simply Green" and more!

Many people are not aware of it but there are zoning meeting held in Northern Liberties that are open to the public. On February 27th at 6:30 the Zoning Board Meeting will commence. At 8:50, the Piazza will be presenting their proposal to reduce their ground parking from 500 parking spaces to 105. Now, correct me if I am wrong but parking certainly seems like a hot topic in the neighborhood and I am sure many people will have some questions and concerns about this proposal. With the Piazza being a large venue for massive blow out events, driving (no pun intended) tens of thousands of visitors every year to use the current parking lot, it is a wonder what might happen with the overflow of visitors if the spaces available are reduced from 500 to 105. If you want to hear about the Piazza's Parking Proposal, you are welcome to attend the zoning meeting held at the NLNA offices at N 3rd and Fairmount in Northern Liberties.
