Waterford Greene is a residential community that sits just off the Limerick exit of Route 422 in Montgomery County, PA. This community features close to 400 homes consisting of condos, traditional townhomes and single family properties all while sitting directly across the street from both the Limerick Golf Club and Turtle Creek Golf Course. With so many homes in this great neighborhood there is generally a large number of real estate transactions every year and over the last 12 months that trend held true. Below you can see a list of all the activity for the year and check back often as new properties are coming on the market.

The Links @ Springford is a residential townhome community located just off the Limerick exit of Route 422 in Montgomery County, PA. This intimate community of just over 100 homes has numerous homes with fantastic golf course views. The front 9 holes of the Limerick Golf course are nestled behind some of the homes in this community. With just over 100 homes there isn't always a lot of real estate activity in the neighborhood and 2011 was no exception . Below you will find a list of the sales in this community for 2011. The Fairways is a townhome community located just off the Limerick exit of Rt 422 in Montgomery County, PA. This intimate community of around 80 homes has numerous homes that have fantastic golf course views. The front 9 holes of the Limerick Golf course are nestled behind some of the homes on Troon and Winged Foot Ct. With only 80 homes there isn't always a lot of real estate activity in the neighborhood and 2011 was no exception to that rule. Below you will find a list of the sales in this community for 2011. There are a few other communities that also offer great views of Limerick Golf Club. Royersford Home Inspectors aren't all the Same

Most of my home inspections in Royersford & surrounding come from referrals. This is a good thing because that means the client was happy enough with me as a home inspector that they would pass my name off to friends, family and co-workers. It's the greatest honor I can receive as a professional!

Every now and then, I get a prospective client that finds my website or locates my company in the yellow pages along with some other home inspectors in the Royersford area. The first question out of their mouth is, "How much does it cost for a Home Inspection?"

This tells me they look at all home inspectors as essentially the same except for cost, but there are so many other factors to consider such as:

1) Is the Home Inspector compliant with the State of PA? Ask this question before going further. Pennsylvania has requirements of all home inspectors and this is to protect the consumer.

1) What is the Home Inspector's background? Technically, anyone can decide to become a home inspector, so check the education and background. One guy might have a Bachelor's in English while another inspector earned a Master's Degree in Engineering. Maybe one inspector took an on-line home inspection course while another has an extensive background in home construction.

2) Find out about the Home Inspection Report. Do you get the report the same day as the inspection? What does it included? Is it easy to read? Does the report have digital pictures? Ask to see a Sample of a Home Inspection Report!

3) Does the home inspector climb roofs? Crawl the crawl spaces? Some don't.

4) What is the home inspector's availability? Is he available evenings or weekends? Can you call at 8pm and catch a live person when you have an important question?

These questions and more are important to consider when deciding on a home inspector in Royersford or wherever you're from! Royersford Home Inspectors aren't all the same!

Royersford Home Inspector says "Yes" on Valentine's Day

My wife of 12 years, Tina, does most of my scheduling. When she asked if we could keep Valentine's Day open for just the 2 of us, I said "Yes!" I offer
home inspections 7 days a week and even on most holidays, but at this time of the year, it isn't quite as busy as Spring and Summer. My wife purposefully scheduled around February 14th so we could have the day together.

We started off this morning with a the best pancakes around and went to AnnMarie's in Royersford. This cute this restuarant is located at 347 Main Street and they claim to have the best breakfast in town. Of course, I wanted to check out this claim for myself. So how was it? Excellent! The portions were huge and the prices were insanely low. I think we paid $10 for the both of us. We will be returning again soon!

Now, certainly, if a client had NEEDED Monday, February 14th, for a home inspection, we would have found another day to celebrate.
