The Excitement Builds!

Looks like the Grand Opening of the brand new Carmike Cinema 12 theatre multi-plex in Upland Shopping Center can't be too far away! They just put up the new signs this morning:

There are also signs that they are hiring for all positions. This theater represents such positive growth for the community, not to mention the entertainment factor it brings to this area. From one movie buff to another- I am extremely excited about the arrival of this new Multi-Plex to the West Pottsgrove community.

Progress seems to be coming along nicely on the new Multi-plex theater in West Pottsgrove. We are very excited to have a theater of this magnitude right in our own backyard! The scheduled opening is late Fall 2011 and judging from the hustle and bustle at the construction site, they seem to be on target....

Amenities for the new 45,300 square ft 12-plex will include stadium style, high-back plush seating throughout the entire complex. This theatre will feature wall-to-wall screens, with projection powered by DLP DIGITAL technology, which produces 35 trillion colors delivering the sharpest and most pristine picture available anywhere. The theatre will include state-of-the-art DIGITAL 3-D capability from Real-D technology. This will have moviegoers immersed in each action packed feature.

I, for one can't wait to get in line for my popcorn!

The new Upland Square shopping center, in West Pottsgrove Township continues to bring new businesses to town. The completion of the new Imax Theater is right around the corner. Movie goers can expect to order their popcorn and reserve their seats for the latest and greatest movies at this state of the art theater sometime early this Fall.

Along with the new movie theater the community has recently welcomed the new Way Back Burger and Hibachi Grill to the shopping center as well!
