The 2011 Santa run will be this coming Saturday, December 17th.
Look for Santa riding on the Trappe Fire trucks in Trappe Borough and the Trappe section of Upper Providence Twp. When you hear the sirens, come outside and see Santa and his firefighter helpers handing out candy canes to all kids.
Keep an eye and ear out for Santa Claus on the Trappe Fire Trucks on Saturday, starting at 10 AM.

What does revitalization do for a community? It brings people in and people are what makes the world go 'round. I recently volunteered to be the secretary for the Trappe Today and Tomorrow company. They have formed for the sole purpose of revitalizing Trappe, PA in Montgomery County. As I sat at my first meeting, taking notes, I was impressed by the passion these volunteers demonstrated when planning for the growth of their town and the support of its businesses and residents. As a sister town to Collegeville, PA, Trappe is a vital community with a lot of Mom & Pop businesses that are the heart of what makes this country great! In the history of the U.S. there has probably never been a time when we need our Mom & Pop businesses more than we need them now. No matter what town you live in, take the time to get to know the local business owners. Support them and give them your business. We are all struggling in this economy but with the support of each other, we will grow out of this mess and be stronger than we were before. I can't wait to see what Trappe Today and Tomorrow accomplishes in my small town. What's happening in yours? Debby Singleton 610-496-9094, RE/MAX Results Realty, Collegeville PA 610-489-7355. Licensed in PA since 1993.
