Active Adult communities in Bucks County Pa. I looked up the mls for listings in 55plus communities in Warminster. There are two communities. Centennial Station Condos are located off Street road. They have year round heated pool, and community room with fitness center , cards etc. There is a dentist, hairdresser and a bank on premises. It is a wonderful community and close to Warminster train station.Seniors with medicare card can take the train to Philadelphia for $1 each way. There are 5 one bedroom units listed ranging in price from $74,900 to $130,000 . There are 4 two bedroom units listed from $159,900 to $199,900 Villas of Five Ponds is a community of single homes near the Five Ponds Golf course. There is one resale house under contract..
