Warrington is located in Central Bucks School district. I looked up Trulia for real estate trends in Warrington Bucks County. It appears that the number of listings has decreased and the average list price has decreased compared to February 1st. Looking at the graph it shows me that prices started increasing after March last year so it is possible it will happen again. Buyers looking to buy should buy before prices increase.
