I looked up the mls and saw that there were 2 sales in alst six months. ONe unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths sold for $ 202,500 and another unit with 2 bedrooms and a loft sold for $ 245,000.

There are nine 2 bedroom units for sale ranging in price from $207,900 to $257,900 and these are less than 8 years old and have different floor plans.
