Township Line Rd. in Yardley. The single family home community was at first going to be an over 55
community, but in the end that never materialized. The homes range in size from just over 2,00o sq. ft.
up to nearly 2,800 sq. ft. and offer basements and garages as well. The Palmer Farm home owners
association fee costs approximately $250 per month and includes Common Area Maintenance, Lawn
