While this was still in the back of my mind, I came across a blog post by another Realtor questioning why he should show a particular property to a buyer when the commission to the buyer's agent is not enough for him. First thing that popped in my ...

Fraser Valley Real Estates Prices Fall in Some Areas - Dec 08 03:36 PM

Now I must admit that I was a little surprised by this, but seeing as though I don't work in the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board area I guess its not that surprising. A further look at the ...

Vancouver Real Estate Strong Again in November - Dec 08 03:28 PM
The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver has just released the statistics from November. November this year was significantly busier than last year with 2,883 units sold in 2007, an increase of 22.2 per cent compared to 2,358 sales in November 2006 . Of course last year was horrendous for the weather and I really think that had significant impact on the activity.
“The housing market continues to be strong,” says REBGV president Brian Naphtali. “November figures ...

Units Sales
Seasonally adjusted MLS® sales activity totaled 129,451 units in the third quarter of 2007, a 3.2 per cent decline from the record set in the second quarter.
