average price for a 3 bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 car garage fell to
$282,191.

Currently Sonora CA Real Estate*
has an average market time of 147 days.

If we take a look at the total picture and include Real Estate in Sonora
CA of all shapes and sizes, inventory fell sharply this week to 88 with
median asking price of $344,700 and an average time of 158 days on the
market.

When compared to the rest of the Northern Tuolumne County there are
471 homes for sale with a median asking price of $339,900 and an
average of 176 days on the market. That is down 35 units from last week.

The parade attracts your and old and truly reflects the small town feeling of Sonora.

Horses, bands, antique cars, fire engines and of course Santa.

The annual Sonora Christmas Parade took place on Friday November 28th. The annual event brings thousands into downtown Sonora. The joy of seeing young children waiting for Santa to arrive is always a pleasure. Sonora's Charm is displayed year round.
