According to statistics from the Orlando Regional Realtor Association,
The median price of homes in the central Florida area
slid to $240,000 for the first time since June 2006, ORRA reports.
In February, the median sale price was reported at $255,000.
The Housing Affordability Index rose from 87.1 in February to 93.6 in March.
The higher the number in this index is, the better.
 
The total amount of homes for sale through the MLS also went up in March
