Brockton Buyers Can Now Receive 100% fianancing - Apr 25 09:13 AM
On Wednesday, The Brockton Housing Partnership established a program that will enable buyers to receive 100% financing on the purchase of foreclosures and short sales. This move will also put protections in place that will make sure these consumers do not default on their loans. Mass Housing will be providing borrowers with Mortgage Insurance Plus. Here's what is happening on the South Shore. The number of single-family homes for sale has decreased slightly since last year*. A key indicator of the health of the market, inventory is tends to build up when buyers sense that prices are too high or more sellers are coming to the market than the market can bear. Today was the last day of The Mattapoisett Harbor Days, so hubby and I ventured into town to checkout the festivities!
