On our way to photograph a new listing this weekend, we stopped by Riverdale Bridge. Located south of Nixa, Missouri, the first bridge was constructed in 1906 by the Canton Bridge company. Some of the oldest bridges remain in Christian County, Missouri.
Riverdale was once a thriving community that was located on the banks of the Finley River. One of the first mills was constructed there.

Christian County Named Fastest Growing County in Missouri! - May 03 12:01 PM
The state Office of Administration just released updated population projections for Missouri through 2030. Christian County is projected to have the highest rate of growth at 141.4 percent over the next 30 years. This would be a population of 131,066 by 2030.
This can be either good or bad news depending on how you look at it. Growth is good for the economy but it needs to be planned growth so it doesn't hurt the environment, infrastructure, or community.
