Canton Absorption Report-April 2008
The Absorption Rate is the theoretical time it takes to clear existing inventory. The Active Listings are the number of current active listings. Listing sold per Month is the average number of unit sales per month over the last 3 months. Months of Supply is the absorption rate inventory derived by Supply/Demand. And last is the Odds of Selling within 90 days. A 5-6 month supply is considered balanced with roughly the same number of sellers as buyers. Higher numbers mean it is a buyers market, while less is a sellers market. Overall Canton has a 2.4 months supply and a 83 % odds of selling within 90 days in certain pirce points. The $20,000 - $29,999 market is selling briskly as an investors market.

Stark County Realtor - Gets her Papa John Pizza
Thursday, I heard that Papa John was selling pizza for 23 cents. Say what? Gas is $3.79 and I can get two pizzas for 46 cents. Let's go. I tried to call, no answer, not even a ring. OK, I'll go on line, and we'll order two for dinner. How hard can it be? That did not seem to work either. Ok ,we'll drive down there and just wait while they cook it. We can sit in the car while we wait.
I knew things were wrong when I saw the people in line. Not just one line there were two lines. Talking to the kids in front, they said you order now and come back 3 hours later to pick it up. OH MY GOODNESS! My husband said do you want pizza that bad? Well not really, but it 23 cents. We're making history. It's the hunt, the thrill, the adventure.
OK, we'll order and come back and pick it up. How hard can that be.
We stood in line 45 minutes, before we got to the counter. We went home and came back 3 hours later expecting to get in line and just pick it up. That was the line from @%&!. We waited in line for 3 hours before finally getting our pizza.
The one day special collected more than $17,500 with all proceeds going to the LeBron James Family Foundation.
The Papa John promotion was an apology to the cav's fans for a Washington DC store that mocked LeBron James as a "crybaby," during the first round of the NBA playoffs
Sorry LeBron, I don't want any more pizza for a while.

Meyers Lake Village - Stark County's Best Kept Secret
Meyers Lake! What does living on or near the water at Meyers Lake feel like? One often heard comment is: "...living here at the lake is just like being on vacation year around!"
Thousands of local residents share that same feeling while living in Meyers Lake Village as well as the general area of Meyers Lake in Canton, Ohio.
Meyers Lake Village / Meyers Lake Preserve - A privately owned lake with a unique blend of condominiums. There are as many as eight condominium associations on or near the lake waterfront. Not all are represented with pictures in the slide show, an effort will be made to include the missing associations in the near future.
For more information about Meyers Lake Preserve, visit their official website at:

For more information about available units, please give me a call!
