I must tell you that I am not imaginative! I am a factual, almost engineering type person. My mind does not roam, I am not quick witted, I have been told I have a 'dry sense of humor'.

I do however have many friends that are very imaginative and have a 'wet' sense of humor! If mine is dry theirs must be wet, right?

I get e-mails and text messages ALL the time with humorous stories, jokes, comics, serious stories, friendship rings and the list could go on & on.

My blogs have become most of these. Good, bad or indifferent! I open these e-mails/texts and start to laugh at the funny ones or tear up at the sad ones. I notice you too must be laughing because the funny blogs get the most hits and comments. Some people don't like that I'm putting funny blogs on AR BUT if I laugh then surely someone else will think it's funny also. RIGHT??

In the AR Comedy Group, the guidelines say to put an 'R' in the Title if it could be offensive. I also add on my own if its suppose to be humorous. I don't want anyone thinking I'm a sicko!! Well I think that putting the warnings in the title should suffice for most people. If i see an R in the title of something, I think R Rated movies, over 17 years of age, watch out!

It seems thought that everyone is not the same. There are people that are reading the R rated blogs and still find it offensive. I think it is humor and they say it isn't. As I have said in my comments back to people, I do not want to offend anyone. I want to make other laugh the way that I do when I get this stuff. I hope I don't get kicked out of AR for my blogs! For the hundreth time, all real estate is local. Zillow.com reported today home values in Simpsonville, SC decreased a paltry -.11% in the third quarter of 2008. Great News for buyers and sellers in Simpsonville. Our market, although not unscathed, is certainly much stronger than most media folk would have you believe.
