Thanksgiving is a time to set aside time to give thanks for our blessings. God has been very good to my family and I am very thankful for my husband and children. No matter what have each other, and although money is tight we do have a home and food and each other! I am most thankful that God always looks after us and has never left our side. We are very fortunate and very blessed. Please take time to be with your family and give thanks for your blessings! You can choose to be unhappy and worried about the economy and future but what could taking one day to forget and celebrate hurt? Why not take one day to let it go, and spend time with family and friends remembering how fortunate you really are, I am sure that everyone no matter how bad our economy has been lately could find something to be thankful for! Joy comes from the heart and the best gift you can give yourself is a day of peace and rest. From my family to yours may you have a very Happy Thanksgiving!

Time has gone fast in Active Rain. I just noticed I hit the 50,000 point mark tonight. It seems like a big milestone when you start off at 200 points. i earned these points on my own, without a team writing for me. I have written from the heart and I know I have made some mad when I refused to back down with my religious beliefs, and feeling about Christianity, but with wonderful groups that support you, you know it is worth every word. Thanks to all that have supported my blog and encouraged me through hard times in sales and business, I feel that we have seen each other through a lot I hope we all can sit back and enjoy thanksgiving knowing just how blessed we all really are. take time to count your blessings!! We saw the sign on the bus in the capital that declared there was no God and stop worrying and have fun, have they lost there minds. I can't even believe that the bus system would except money for the advertisement. The humanist organization is out to get members and this is the way they are going to do it. We all need hope and faith, now these idiots are going to put there junk on a bus. The bus rolls through city streets and a lot of low income areas, so is this what the humanist want to do, is attract people without a lot to give up, and hope and faith. I bet if they put that bus in Greenville SC, some would protest and have the sign removed. This is just another way to take God out of Christmas and our lives . This is really sad, our country has no morals or ethics left. I guess some would allow anything for money! They are going to feel real funny when they have to answer for the stupidity. Why,because there are some in this country that hate Christians and there beliefs, sad but true and some will do anything for money!

In case you have not heard or found out the hard way there is a nasty flu like virus going around already. Everyone is coughing, sneezing and has a sore throat. All last week I noticed that people were acting under the weather in Greenville. So yesterday both my kids that are in high school wake up with it. First my daughter came down telling me she was sick, she even called and canceled a date at 10 am, he said he felt bad too and understood I grabbed the Lysol and got out the disinfectant and started wipe things off when my son called from work and ask me to bring him medicine he felt terrible. Oh my gosh! He came home at 5 and needed more medicine his throat and head was killing him!! Last night my 3 of my daughters friends texted and said they were sick. So I guess you get the picture what ever this is, it moves fast and hits hard. BEWARE! You guessed it today I fell bad, but who has time everyone else needs DR Mom, so Tylenol for everyone and a movie to go please! I know the flu has not hit, but everyone had better get a flu shot if this is a sign of things to come.
