If you like to fish, boat, or just hit the beach "Charleston Beach" is fantastic. I manage one property in Charleston and it is located near Charleston Beach, many of my clients as well as myself, take strolls along the jetty. This beach is not usually crowded, and it's a great place to watch sail and power boats entering New Harbor. Its also a great place to view the grounds at the former coast guard station.

The market flow has been great in the past few months in the Charleston area. Many of the rentals and vacation homes have been overflowing with renters. I've talked with some of my clients about why they love their homes or vacation homes here and I seem to get the same response "It's just the overall pleasant feeling of the community." I can't help but agree because I still always make it a point to be there for the annual seafood and lobster festival in the first week of August. I'm thinking to keep investing in more properties in the area.
