Huiting Zhuang,Sell your business overseas: Business Broker in North Smithfield, RI

I was attending a meeting in this hotel sponsored by the Indie Filmmakers' Association. I have to write something about it. You got to visit it.

By the way, this hotel does not pay me at all. In fact, they do not know I am writing here.

The hotel is called NYLO Hotel.

The design is phenomenal. It reflects in very detail that this hotel is located at the Ocean State and near the water.

The above picture is directly from their website and I didnot bring my camera that evening.

The rate is also affordable. from $99 to 299.

The hotel openned its door late Sept 2008. The building is spanking new but the architect designed the building so that it looks like the older mill house next door.

Well, enough said. Next time you visit RI, please check it out. Even if you do not plan to live there, you got to check it out.

The hotel is located at 40 Knight st, warwick,ri. Right across the Warwick Mall.

Lil Warwick Neck General Store

Karen Hurst ~ Principal Broker ~ Warwick ~ Rhode Island: Real Estate Agent in Warwick, RI

Lil Warwick Neck Store

If you live in the Warwick Neck Area, you may have already heard of or been into the Lil Warwick Neck Store.

Located on Warwick Neck Avenue, just before the turn off to the boat yards, it has reopened in the past year as a neighborhood deli with cozy little tables and chairs to sit and eat.

You can pick up your staples, like milk, bread and water. (Every New Englanders snowstorm package). Or, you can grab a quick bite to eat.

They have homemade dinners and lunches, a small deli counter, soda, candy, etc.

This little store has the ambiance of an old country store. If you are a boater, the Lil Warwick Neck Store would be the perfect place to pick up your snacks, lunches and dinners. They have just about everything you will need for a day on the water!

The menu is usually different when I stop in, but I have seen some wonderful homemade pies.

If your looking for a cute place right in the neighborhood, this is the place to go! Warwick Neck General Store

Warwick Neck General is owned and operated as a mom and pop enterprise. Let's show our appreciation!

Macey Davis: Property Manager in Charlestown, RI

Being a property manager in both Kent County and Washington County, Rhode Island as well as other areas in the U.S., it can be very tiring, but as well as rewarding. I love being a property manager and meeting and working with individuals, but it can be time consuming. I just had my first child and I am finding somewhat hard to work it into my job. Maybe just cut back some hours, I really do not want to get a nanny. Does anyone have some advice?
