About Kent County, RI

Being a property manager in both Kent County and Washington County, Rhode Island as well as other areas in the U.S., it can be very tiring, but as well as rewarding. I love being a property manager and meeting and working with individuals, but it can be time consuming. I just had my first child and I am finding somewhat hard to work it into my job. Maybe just cut back some hours, I really do not want to get a nanny. Does anyone have some advice?

Managing properties sometimes has its up and down side for me. Though I love my job, I find it somewhat stressful when I cannot in any way please my client. Now do not misunderstand me......I do love my job and I really love the satisfaction of pleasing and helping people, but when they do not understand that you can only do so much it is hard to explain why. Many of my clients in Kent and Washington Rhode Island are some of the best clientele, we all know there are difficult customers. For me, It's just getting past the ones that you cannot help anymore.

As a property manager of real estate, I am well aware that our current economy is not optimal, but we all need to keep in mind that the economy in general fluctuates-- and especially that the American economy has an unprecedented amount of capital behind it. We have invested our lives; I don't have to tell anyone this. Economically, the U.S. continues to be a vital market particularly in terms of consumption. I have yet to come across a client who has been unhappy with his or her purchase. I have found that the media are over-reacting. My clients continue to look for new homes, and continue to be able to afford them. In the en I still love selling properties in Kent, RI.

Though the water may be cold here most of of the year, Kent, Rhode Island has some of the most beautiful beaches and coastlines. Who doesn't love looking down the coast and seeing a historic lighthouse. Having grown-up in Florida I am one to judge many, many beaches. When I come up to visit my properties here in Rhode Island I try to find some time to take a stroll down one of the beaches.

People should really consider purchasing vacation homes or rentals in Rhode Island. I manage properties in both the Washington and Kent County areas. Both of these areas have some magnificent homes and places to rent on the water. Rhode Island is known for for its beautiful beaches, lighthouses, and fresh seafood. I truly love working in these areas.
