Crying Crododile Tears in this Quidnesset North Kingstown RI Neighborhood

Ginny L Gorman Realtor®|North Kingstown Homes for Sale - North Kingstown RI: Real Estate Agent in North Kingstown, RI

Crying Crododile Tears in this Quidnesset North Kingstown RI Neighborhood is not what my day with my client allowed.  Out and about in the lovely neighborhoods off Fletcher Road in North Kingstown RI, viewing the nice homes in Fletcher Meadows, Brookside and Fletcher Estate developments was the menu of the real estate day. To set the tone a bit there are some ponds & low lying areas along Fletcher Road and one might see ducks along the way...or if you are fortunate a hooting owl in the evening.

Weather was drizzly, lack of sun evident but for true house hunters, it was a good day to explore the Quidnesset neighborhoods the client so wanted to buy in.  Now I'm getting to the good part...my eyes are pretty sharp but Fletcher Road is a winding road at some parts of it and I was concentrating, as I should, on the driving road.  My client on the other hand was admiring the properties along the road and through the developments as we kept to our hectic appointment schedule since she was from out of town.

TAVERNIER, FL - DECEMBER 08: A Barn Owl is seen at the Florida Keys Wild Bird Rehabilitation Center on December 8, 2009 in Tavernier, Florida. The center which cares for sick and injured birds came close to shutting down because of the lack of donations due to the economic downturn this summer, but recently donations have come through due to publicity about the plight of the center. The center continues to need donations to operate the place that founder Laura Quinn, a retired teacher, began almost 20 years ago. They treat and release about 700 birds a year and permanently care for about 90 birds as well as having daily feedings for wild birds in the area. (Photo by Joe Raedle/Getty Images)

No we didn't see the owl, no we didn't see the ducks & ducklings but as the car made the bend on Fletcher Road, my client gave out a scream and yelled 'look it's a crocodile no it's an alligator'!  I immediately tried to pull the car over & looked at her to see this facial look of horror.  She said she just saw a 'wild animal' in the murky low lying area to her right and she wanted me to back the car up.  She said I needed to call 911 right now.  So all windows now are up in the car, I back the car up with my hazard lights blinking and wondering what the devil she saw....

Quidnesset Crocodile LOL

Yes, it appears it was a crocodile or maybe it's an alligator (help me out here) in the road side area.  Oh, someone was having a great laugh on us today.  Once we looked at it a bit and from the car it was obvious not a live critter.  Chalk another good North Kingstown RI real estate story to share.  Not crying crocodile tears in this Quidnesset North Kingstown,RI neighborhood today.

But if you are interested in these great real estate neighborhoods in North Kingstown RI, I would be happy to take you on safari to see them.
