The Ballenger Realty real estate team provided a lot of eyes this morning as it caravanned around Beaufort, visiting new company home listings and providing important feedback to the listing agent, and to the seller.

Good listings agents will spend hours preparing a home for listing. Agent Caravan is an important part of the marketing process.

Ballenger Realty conducts Agent Caravan every other week. This gives our agents an opportunity to view our new listings, and provide important input on the pricing, and showing condition of the home. This is where the extra eyes come in. Caravanning agents may pick up on a particular smell that the listing agent and seller overlooked.
