There have been 24 homes sold in Royal Pines in the year of 2008. The lowest priced sold was $202,000 and the highest priced at $327,000. This makes the price per square foot low price at $108.33 per square foot and the highest at 166.45 per square foot.

Looking at solds for the year, there have been 23 sales in Royal Pines with the low price being $202,000 and the high being $322,000. This makes the median single family home sold price at $252,000 with 179 days on the market.

So far for the month of September 2008, we have not had any sales in Royal Pines; however, we did have one home rented this month.
