Looking at Solds for the year of 2008:

There have been 24 homes sold in Royal Pines in the year of 2008. The lowest priced sold was $202,000 and the highest priced at $327,000. This makes the price per square foot low price at $108.33 per square foot and the highest at 166.45 per square foot.

Royal Pines is a wonderful neighborhood located on Lady's Island near Beaufort South Carolina. It is known for its larger lot size, mature trees, live oaks, and all in a golf community! Looking at solds for the year, there have been 23 sales in Royal Pines with the low price being $202,000 and the high being $322,000. This makes the median single family home sold price at $252,000 with 179 days on the market.

So far for the month of September 2008, we have not had any sales in Royal Pines; however, we did have one home rented this month.

The lowest price per square foot in Royal Pines is a 1982 (year built), 3000 square foot home at $99.67 per square foot. The highest priced is a 1995 (year built), 1800 square foot home at $186.11 per square foot. The lowest days on the market for any single family home listing in Royal Pines is 34 days with the highest being 692 days (which part was during construction/new construction home).
