For the week of 8/14/08-8/19/08, we had two more homes close in Telfair on 8/15/08. That currently brings our yearly statistics to 24 solds with a high sold price of $294,000 and a low sold price of $168,000. The average sold price is $218,583 and the median sold price is $214,000. The average days on the market for solds is 201 days with a median days on the market at 168. The price per square foot on the two additional solds were $147.45 and $155.30. The lower priced per square foot oddly was in Telfair Manor, not Telfair or Rosewalk. These two closing do not change our yearly prices per square foot from the low of $119.18 and the high of $158.48.
