The first phase of this development built by Ryland Homes is nearly complete. No date is as yet know for the build out to other phases.

Ryland have built 7 floor plans based on 3 & 4 bedroom homes, they are all two story with three elevation options per floor plan.

The floor plans are as follows;

Waccamaw - 2061 to 2076 sq st depending on elevation style. 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom, large Family room, spacious Breakfast & Kitchen with Island, with two car garage. There is the option for Formal Living room or optional Den, Gameroom or optional 4th Bedroom.

Brookgreen - 2108 to 2118 sq ft depending on elevation style. 4 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom, large Living room, Formal Dining room, upstairs Laundry and two car garage. There is the option for Sunroom or Screen Porch.

Huntington - 2348 to 2361 sq ft depending on elevation style. 4 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom, large Family room, spacious Breakfast & Kitchen, Formal Dining room and two car garage. There is the option for Living room or optional Den.

The price of these homes in base specifications start at around $227,000 for the "Socastee" and rise to $270,000 for the "Huntington" floor plan.

The neighborhood has a wonderfully picturesque (my opinion) entrance from Clements Ferry Road situated between to ponds with fountains and palms. The neighborhood has a community pool situated off the entranceway.
