RE/MAX AGENT MOLLY SIMS RECOGNIZED FOR
OUTSTANDING SALES PRODUCTION

Molly Sims, co-owner of RE/MAX Real Estate Consultants in Chapin, ranked first overall in the Chapin/Lake Murray area with total sales of $5.6 million from January 2009 to the present.
In addition, the RE/MAX Real Estate Consultants office ranked Number One in sales for the same time period for the Chapin/Lake Murray area with total volume of $25,257,000 and accounting for 12.26 percent of the total market share. Making this even more impressive is that Real Estate Consultants has 14 agents compared to some of the bigger firms with 30 or more agents.
Total sales volume for the Chapin/Lake Murray area for the past 16 months was $222,678,296 with the average sales volume per agent of $625,500 among 356 agents who completed sales during this period. For the 14 RE/MAX agents who closed sales in this time frame, the average sales volume was considerably higher at $1.8 million, further demonstrating RE/MAX’s dominance as a top-producing real estate firm in the Chapin area.
Sims has been working in the real estate industry for more than 20 years as a licensed agent in both commercial and residential property listings and sales. She is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR). She also has experience in the mortgage industry originating residential loans, as a licensed appraiser, and as a commercial investment consultant.
RE/MAX has nearly 100,000 agents in more than 75 countries who continue to out-produce the competition, averaging more sales than other real estate agents. With one of the most recognized brands in the world and one of the most trafficked web sites, www.remax.com, RE/MAX leads the industry with experienced, professional agents – agents who are trained and educated through the award-winning RE/MAX University.
