With all the talk about a real estate downturn, Peach Grove Villas has become a Columbia success story. Since they started taking contracts about a year ago, 45 homes have been put under contract. "Our success has been for a three-fold reason," Elmaleh added. "First, we provide exceptional customer service. Second, we focus on our use of quality materials - what many of our buyers are accustomed to in their larger single-family homes they are leaving. Lastly, we work with the customer to customize the home for them. We try our best to make the whole experience be exactly what the customer wants from the moment they come in till long after they live in the home. I think people like that."

Peach Grove Villas is a community of 100 Single-Story maintenance free homes on Earth Road, just outside of Woodcreek Farms and 1.5 miles from The Village at Sandhill. The community will be gated and features a clubhouse, a pool and a fitness center as well as a large natural area. Epcon Communites are built in 32 states, including 15 communities in South Carolina.

Haven't you heard our nation is suffering from a financial crisis? Haven't you heard about all of the turmoil on Wall Street?

How could you not? The 24-hour news channels are thriving on all of this doom and gloom-and their ratings have never been higher. It's no secret that the economy could be much better; however, recessions are the natural growing pains of a strong nation.
