      <description>&lt;p&gt;According to the Greater Greenville Association of &lt;strong&gt;Realtors&lt;/strong&gt; (&lt;strong&gt;GGAR&lt;/strong&gt;) multiple listing service (&lt;strong&gt;MLS&lt;/strong&gt;) there are currently&amp;nbsp;257 single family homes for sale in the &lt;strong&gt;Powdersville&lt;/strong&gt; area. The &lt;strong&gt;Powdersville &lt;/strong&gt;area in in &lt;strong&gt;Anderson County&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;South Carolina&lt;/strong&gt; and is in the &lt;strong&gt;Anderson District 1&lt;/strong&gt; schools (&lt;strong&gt;Wren School District&lt;/strong&gt;).&amp;nbsp; From&amp;nbsp;September 1, 2008 to&amp;nbsp;September 30, 2008,&amp;nbsp;8 homes sold&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; There are currently&amp;nbsp;17 homes under contract.&lt;/p&gt;
