This will be an excellent chance to see what life was like in the years immediately following the American Revolution when Oconee Station was a frontier outpost. So on November 10, 2009 at 6:00 pm, the School Board for Oconee County will be meeting at Walhalla High School to receive public input for possible locations of the new Walhalla High School.

· The south side of Hwy 28 beside Bobby Wood Chevrolet - This site is approximately 96 acres and will have road frontage on Hwy 28 and Hwy 11.
All of these locations are approximately 3 miles of the current high school site.
