Middlecreek is a quaint neighborhood in Easley, SC that boasts about 200 homes. It has one of the most active HOA's in the area, with constant activities for families. Each summer, the pool is lifeguarded by a qualified teenage resident, and there are neighborhood events for each season - an easter egg hunt, a parade of children trick or treating that's unmatched, and many other gatherings.
The official neighborhood amenities include (see pics below):

The public schools for Middlecreek (as of 9/15/08) are Forest Acres Elementary, RH Gettys Middle School, and Easley High School. All are well thought of in Easley (my children are at Forest Acres now), with active PTA's and Booster Clubs.
For more information on this neighborhood or to find out what's available to puchase, call Dreamfinders today at 864-306-6755. There are several homes and two lots to choose from as we speak.

I just got my new prize back! With all the tools you need in real estate and the fact that your car is your office, organization is a challenge, to say the least! A friend of mine showed me some beautiful wooden chairs he created, so I went home and dreamed up the perfect organizational box for a REALTOR. I needed 52 million different cubbies, all different sizes, and I wanted the box to slide into the opening behind my back seat so I could still throw my golf clubs in the trunk behind it. I dreamed it all up, put it on paper, and brought it to Buster. In just a couple of weeks (he had a vacation in the middle of that time!) he made me a beautiful box that fit my trunk perfectly and gave me a dedicated space for all those tools I USED to forget all the time!! He measured behind me to make sure what I thought I wanted was what I wanted, and he added a beautiful natural finish. Thank you Buster!!
You can see above some of his beautiful work. If you have any custom wood needs, give him a call! He has quick turnaround and reasonable rates. Let him know Heather at Dreamfinders Real Estate Group sent you, so maybe I can earn a discount toward a beautiful chair set for my yard!!
