Extended Stay Winter Rental Package

This year skip winter and stay with us. Imagine playing golf in February when the average temperature is 61 degrees. There's so much to see and do here that many extended stay guests spend three, even four months. Monthly rates are available from December through March on most of our 1-2 & 3 bedroom villas and homes starting at a low $1000 for fully furnished accommodations.

Discounted rates for housekeeping and on-island golf cart transportation are available through Fripp island Resort. The birds have the right idea. Why wait until spring to thaw out when you can fly south for the winter. But pack your shorts, you never know when we'll have one of those 75 degree days in January.

There's nothing more fun for an avid golfer than to play 18 holes, break for lunch, then go back out for another round. Play two of the most dramatic courses in the Southeast. One of the country's most scenic ocean courses, Ocean Point Golf Links, designed by the famed George Cobb, consultant to Augusta National, boasts 10 holes with ocean or inlet views with the front and back nine finishing on the ocean.

Guaranteed Replay is $155 per person, per day based on four or more golfers. The rate is based on a two-night minimum and availability. Your package includes, 18 holes and a replay, breakfast, range balls, greens fees and cart. At the end of the day you'll be ready for your favorite beverage and dinner at The Beach Club or Bonito Boathouse. Both feature local dishes good enough to write home about. So, grab your clubs, grab your friends and come on down. We'll be waiting for you on the first tee.
