Vacation Property Foreclosures

John Beall
John Beall: Real Estate Agent in Isle of Palms, SC

Hello,

I am a Realtor on the beautiful Isle of Palms, SC and I am here to help anyone interested in finding a foreclosure sale of a vacation home. There are many fantastic deals right now of bank-owned properties and many will generate enough rental income to cash-flow. If you have ever wanted to purchase a second home in one of the best beaches and towns on the east coast, now is the time to act! The Isle of Palms is just 15 minutes from downtown historic Charleston. There is so much to see and do here. The average temperature is around 72 degrees. The beaches are most popular Memorial Day through Labor Day, but the best season to come in my opinion is March-May and Oct-Dec. The temperature is milder and the crowds are thinner. You can't beat the scenery of Shem Creek or the Charleston Harbor. Take a tour to Ft. Sumter or a Carriage ride on the Battery. Charleston is well know for its fabulous restaurants, plays and art. Come in February for the Southeastern Wildlife Expo, or in May for the Spoleto Festival.

Property values have dropped in the last year and sales are starting to pick up. I can guide you through the buying process of a bank-owned property, or any other great properties on the island. I will make sure you have a thorough home inspection, set up financing terms, help you find affordable home insurance. I can also forecast the amount of annual gross rent and expenses associated with property rental. Please contact me directy for a list of bank owned properties for sale on the island.

Regards,
