I did an absorption rate analysis over the weekend for some excellent people in Heritage Farm, a wonderful DR Horton Community with a lot to offer. (This home will be coming to the market, soon, by the way!) The level of standing inventory in Heritage Farms is only 3-4 months, according to price range. Yahoo!
