About Lexington's Lexington Villas

Lexington Villas would like to welcome their newest residents, The Kralls.

They are our 22nd residents at Lexington Villas and just closed on their beautiful Abbey yesterday. They selected some great items for their home, including some unique raised cabinets.

We are so excited to have 22 residents at Lexington Villas. We are now 1/4 occupied and about 30% under contract.

Who said December was the time where things slow down? December is our time to sell homes.

Lexington Villas has already written two new contracts in December; we wrote as many contracts the last two months as were written there all last year. The past four months have been a good run and we hope to reap the rewards of this work in 2009.

After taking over the management of Lexington Villas four months ago, Epcon Columbia will have it's first walkthrough today with a new buyer. I've done thirty something of these across town in the past 15 months, but this just feels different. Like butterflies.

Anyway, I will let you know how it goes. Hopefully my superintendent changes the light fixtures this morning. That will make it go smoother.
