I was doing some searches in MLS and one of the areas I'm personally interested in is Litchfield Beach. The biggest reason I'm keeping up with the area is I'm thinking about buying there.

Unlike many other areas of Myrtle Beach, Litchfield Beach seems to attract more people who are true retirees and people who are more established financially. The area has been a little more expensive than most areas in Myrtle beach and is a lot more established than many higher end neighborhoods in Myrtle Beach.
