A six year old community of designer, all brick, custom homes, with exciting floor plans, elevations and unusual features such as balconies, this gated is build around a pristine Lake and is located in Little River, mere minutes to the Beach. A recently built community Center complete with library, bar, entertainment room, exercise facility and pool ads to the value.
The most expensive home sold here, according to the MLS (in re-sales, not new construction), transacted in July 2006 for $600,000. The least expensive home ever sold here went for $333,900 and it transacted in June of 2005.
No homes have been sold in Waterfall in 2010 (no re-sales, although the developer reports new construction activity). There are currently six homes listed for sale ranging in price from $399,900 to $639,900. The lowest priced listing is a potential short sale. It is a 3,600 sq.ft, 4BR/3BA Home, initially put on the market in March 2009 for $495,000.
By contrast, the most expensive home sold in Little River in 2010 was a 4BR/3.5 BA, 3,400 sq. ft. home, under 5 years of age, located in the Waterway Community of Cedar Creek in Little River. It was first placed on the market in March of 2009 for the price of $545,000. Although the home was drop dead gorgeous and had wonderful views of the Waterway (it was located second row), it sold at the end of January 2010 for only $335,000.
