Halloween in the Hood

I'On celebrated the annual 'Halloween in the Hood" for neighborhood children, adults and dogs.

Children came dressed in a various assortment of pirates, princesses, action heros and mythical creatures. I came dressed as my alter-ego, Superdog!

Pumpkin Carving:

The adults get into the action with the annual pumpkin carving contest. The entries this year were all very creative, including, Baby Boo! (complete with messy pumpkin diaper), Sweet Olive's entry of pumpkin center pieces, Boy in a Box, (think current events) Accupumpture, (this year's winner) and my owner's pumpkin (which really should have won) Eye-On Halloween.

I'on is located in Mt. Pleasant, SC and his home to some of the nicest properties in the area. Ion's architecture in neo-classical. When you drive into I'on you almost believe you are driving back in time. The homes and streetscape give you that old-town feel.
